Shipping & Returns
After you purchase your Autobike, we begin assembling your bike in Troy, Michigan. After assembly is complete, we quality and function check your bike. Once it passes our stringent inspection, your own personal Autobike is safely and securely packaged, and then prepared to ship.
Your bike will arrive 95% assembled. Once you’ve removed the packing material, you can easily assemble your bike in less than 15 minutes using the enclosed multi-tool. Simply insert the seat and handlebars into the frame, screw on the pedals, attach the front wheel, and you are ready to ride.
Your Autobike will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS from our facility in Troy, Michigan. Once it ships, we will provide you with a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your bike, a full refund will be made to you upon return of the bike in good condition within 30 days of receiving your bike. Please call the Customer Service number at (313) 451-1450 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number prior to shipping the bike back and include this number on the label. For returns, we recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please include your original packing slip or a copy of the original email confirmation along with your package. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
